Emily Magill

MPA '22

Emily Magill graduated from The Ohio State University in 2016 with a BA in History and International Affairs. While in undergrad, she worked for the Department of Social Change conducting research on homelessness and human trafficking. Prior to attending graduate school, Emily worked for the Columbus Metropolitan Library. She is currently an MPA candidate at the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, majoring in social policy. Emily’s work with the When Genocidal Violence Happens working group led to her position as a student research assistant for Professor Seybolt and the Ford Institute. She continues to research genocide in Darfur.
